Context

As part of a strategic IT system transformation program, a major player in its sector is continuing the modernization of its business platforms and accelerating its scaled Agile delivery model.

To support this transformation, we are looking for a Senior RTE Consultant / Agile Scale Coordinator capable of intervening in complex multi-team, multi-solution, and highly interconnected environments.

• Act as a true conductor of operational coordination, contributing to the synchronization of Agile trains, streamlining dependencies, optimizing cross-functional processes, and continuous value delivery for the business.
• Prepare, organize, and facilitate major SAFe events:
• PI Planning
• ART Sync
• System Demo
• Inspect & Adapt
• Cross-functional synchronization instances
• Ensure coordination between Agile teams, Product Management, Architects, Business Owners, and stakeholders.
• Manage inter-train and inter-domain dependencies.
• Ensure the fluidity of the delivery flow and the alignment of teams with strategic objectives.
• Track the progress of Features, Enablers, and PI commitments.
• Build and maintain steering indicators and dashboards.
• Identify, anticipate, and manage risks, alerts, and blocking points.
• Provide regular reporting to steering committees and management.
• Design and facilitate scoping and process co-construction workshops.
• Define and document operating methods, common practices, and operating standards.
• Support teams in adopting Agile best practices and cross-functional processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational performance, service quality, and time-to-market.
• Utilize and evolve Agile and portfolio steering tools.
• Automate and simplify the tracking of commitments, capacities, and dependencies.
