With this request, we are looking for a Project Manager Global Rollout / Bordereau Management / Insurance

Service Description: The program is responsible for modernizing and harmonizing the application landscape as well as introducing strategic target platforms and global solutions.

As part of the Bordereau Tooling sub-initiative, the selection of a new Bordereau Management solution has been completed. An experienced Senior Project Manager is sought for the implementation and international rollout.

The role will lead and operationally manage the Bordereau Tooling initiative, including the coordination of central business and IT units, IT Operations, international locations, and internal and external stakeholders.

A special focus is placed on structured stakeholder, communication, and information management, as well as transparent control and tracking of milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and rollout activities.

Ability to confidently coordinate a multitude of parallel activities, dependencies, and stakeholders

Number of deployment days: max. 20 in 2026

• Several years of demonstrable experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex international implementation and rollout projects
• Demonstrable experience in planning and managing rollouts across multiple countries or international locations
• Experience in complex transformation programs with a multitude of business and IT stakeholders
• Extensive experience in stakeholder, communication, and information management
• Experience in project planning, project controlling, risk and dependency management, and management reporting
• Sound experience in the insurance sector, preferably in industrial and specialty insurance
• Experience in Delegated Authority business
• Knowledge and practical experience in Bordereau Management
• Knowledge of TPA management or collaboration with Third Party Administrators
• Experience working with international and intercultural teams
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of common project management and collaboration tools
• Excellent communication skills in an international and intercultural environment
• Very strong stakeholder and information management skills
• Ability to prepare complex issues in a structured, concise, and audience-appropriate manner for different target groups
• High degree of independence, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very structured, forward-looking, and results-oriented way of working
• Strong moderation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to recognize the need for decisions early and escalate them in a solution-oriented manner
• Confident demeanor towards business departments, IT, international locations, and management
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to perform operational project management in addition to steering
