Project Manager / PMO (m/f/d) – Groupware Platform (SharePoint, Exchange, Jabber)

Responsibilities

• Planning and control of work packages in Jira (Kanban, pull principle)
• Project planning in MS Project/Excel, plan-actual comparisons, milestones, dependencies
• Cost estimation, PT budget tracking, and forecasts
• Risk, stakeholder, and change management
• Preparation of quality gates, status reports, workshops, and minutes
• Documentation in SharePoint and Confluence

• PM certificate: Consultant IPMA D, CAPM or PRINCE2 Practitioner; Senior/Executive IPMA C, PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Senior/Executive: min. one project with a team >30 people
• German C1, English B1
• Nationality must be stated in the profile
• ITIL 4 Foundation, not older than 5 years
• Experience in the military, public administration, or corporate IT environment

For a large public IT service provider in the defense sector, we are looking for a PMO team of 6-8 consultants for the further development of a groupware platform (SharePoint, Exchange, Cisco Jabber). The focus is on planning, coordination, and control, not technical implementation.
