Job description
The client is seeking a Quality Manager for a project to migrate SAP HR ECC 8.0 to SAP HCM for S/4HANA. The role involves ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle, including process improvements and data migration.

For our client in the public sector, we are looking for a Quality Manager:
Responsibilities
The software currently in use to support the core HR business SAP HR ECC 8.0 must be migrated to the successor software SAP HCM for S/4HANA. The existing HR data must be migrated. As part of the project planned for this, improvements in business process support are also envisaged. The existing BW system SAP BW for HANA must be connected to the new HR software, existing reports are to be revised and adapted to new functional challenges.
- Creation and maintenance of the QM manual
- Support in the introduction and maintenance of SERA processes
- Review of the quality assurance process
- Verification of the timely availability of all required work results
- Ensuring the participation of all required roles
- Ensuring compliance with test instructions
- Relevant experience and/or qualifications in the field of quality management
- Very good German language skills
Requirements
Good knowledge in the following is desirable:
Start 01.01.2027 – 31.07.2027 with option for extension
114 h per month, of which 28 h per month on-site in Nuremberg – the on-site assignments can be bundled.
Onboarding will take place in December.
Security screening SÜ2 must be initiated in advance.
The request relates to quality management – the candidate does not necessarily need SAP HR/SAP HCM know-how.
- Holistic digitalization competence from strategic and organizational transformation to technical implementation (basic knowledge, desirable)
- Knowledge in program and portfolio management (IT architecture, IT portfolio, project and strategy management (basic knowledge, desirable))
- Knowledge in requirements analysis (basic knowledge, desirable)
- Transformation and optimization of processes; knowledge of business process analysis (basic knowledge, desirable)
- Moderation and visualization techniques (basic knowledge, desirable)
- Relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA conversion projects (basic knowledge, desirable)
- Knowledge of installation, operation and further development of HR software products (basic knowledge, desirable)
