Job description
Lead a major HVDC project with offshore connection across all disciplines and interfaces, managing engineering activities, teams, and technical risks.
Responsibilities
- Management of all engineering activities including systems engineering
- Control of interfaces with EPCI contractors and trades
- Building and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Definition of engineering governance, decision-making paths, and reporting structures
- Approval of technical specifications and design assurance
- Control of commissioning and test strategies in cooperation with quality management
- Technical risks, changes, and claims with project management

- Engineering degree, such as electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering
- At least 10 years of professional experience in complex engineering projects
- Leadership of engineering teams in major projects or programs
- Experience as a Package Manager in major projects, such as in HVDC EPCI projects
- Knowledge of standards, quality management, approval procedures, and HSE
- Management of technical risks, interfaces, and expectations
- English at least C1, experience in international projects
