For a project in Zürich we are looking for a Technical Lead.

This is not a hands-on development role. Instead, the focus is on driving technical direction, coordinating teams, aligning architecture decisions, and ensuring successful product releases.Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead and system architect for the assigned area.
• Drive architectural decisions and align stakeholders on technical direction.
• Coordinate and guide
• Ensure effective collaboration between distributed teams .
• Facilitate communication and information flow across teams and departments.
• Support the ongoing evolution and release management of software products
• Drive prioritization, decision-making processes, and project execution.
• Motivate teams and maintain momentum in a complex organizational environment.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering teams, and key stakeholders.
• Strong background as a Software Architect or Technical Lead.
• Proven experience leading software products through the complete lifecycle, including releases and product evolution.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and integration concepts.
• Experience working with software products rather than greenfield development projects.
• Ability to understand both business and product requirements from a technical perspective.
• Experience coordinating multiple agile development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in complex organizational structures and navigate incomplete or changing information.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
