Proxy Product Owner LIMS & Data R&D

Project overview

Our client, an independent international pharmaceutical laboratory, is continuing the digitalization of its R&D: new LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and data solutions are being deployed within the research information system (pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, toxicology).

Within the entity responsible for data platforms and products, we are looking for a Proxy Product Owner to join an existing SCRUM team. As the Product Owner's deputy, you will assist them in implementing functionalities, with a primary focus on the testing phase of User Stories, in a regulated environment where traceability of test evidence is essential.

Responsibilities

Deliverables: test procedures and evidence, list of US accepted by quality assurance, performance charts, and sprint minutes.

Terms: start November 2026 (as soon as possible), 3-month renewable contract, freelance mission, 3 days per week on-site (western Paris, occasionally Saclay).

• Analyze User Stories from the backlog and sprints, and ensure their testability with business experts (pharmacology, toxicology, histology, pathology, biochemistry)
• Write test procedures before sprints (JIRA / Xray)
• Monitor development progress to anticipate the testing period and gather evidence
• Test User Stories, provide proof of functionality, and interact with developers (GCP data, Master Data, APIs, LIMS SaaS/PaaS)
• Work with quality assurance and the Scrum Master to ensure compliance with procedures and formalize accepted US
• Monitor production releases and operational actions (ServiceNow)
• Formalize sprints: burnup chart, velocity chart, sprint report, sprint review minutes
