Process Manager Process Design

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced process manager to support a quarterly project at our Bremen location. You will play a central role in building and further developing a company-wide process architecture.

Your tasks include analyzing and optimizing existing process landscapes as well as carrying out process mapping and structuring. You will document and analyze end-to-end processes together with specialist departments and process experts to identify optimization potential, overlaps, and process gaps. A key focus is on developing a consistent target architecture as a basis for governance and process management.

Furthermore, you will moderate workshops, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support transformation and organizational projects.

We expect several years of experience in process management, business process management, or process architecture. You should have experience in building multi-level process models and be familiar with end-to-end processes, process hierarchies, and process mapping. Proficiency in common process management and modeling methods is required.

Your skills in leading workshops and stakeholder management are also important. An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working is essential. Ideally, you have experience in energy supply, network operation, or infrastructure projects.

The position is to be filled on-site in Bremen and starts immediately.
