SAP Service Manager – Project and HR

We are looking for an SAP consultant for TMHE for the role of Service Manager within the areas of Project and HR, with the possibility to also support Sales.

You are responsible for ensuring that the services within your area meet the business's needs and are delivered according to agreed commitments. The role involves close collaboration with the business and coordination of internal and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the services meet the business's needs and agreed deliveries.
• Capture upcoming needs and prioritize together with business representatives.
• Drive and implement activities within IT management and further development.
• Report status and deviations.
• Follow established management processes and routines.
• Arrange and participate in forums for management and deliveries.
• Coordinate deliveries from internal projects and processes as well as external partners.
• Set and receive requirements from internal and external parties.
• Coordinate and follow up on ongoing activities.

Requirements

We are looking for you with SAP expertise who can take responsibility for management and delivery within Project and HR. You are structured, accustomed to coordinating multiple parties, and can translate business needs into clear priorities and activities. Expertise in SAP Sales is relevant for potential support in this area.
