Job description
The Data & AI Developer will be responsible for end-to-end Data & AI projects within the Audit/General Inspection department of a large banking group, focusing on regulatory and operational challenges.
Project overview
Context
Attached to the highest level of a large banking group, the Audit/General Inspection entity is accelerating the development of its data and AI practices to meet the regulatory and operational challenges of the sector. The Data division is looking for a developer capable of intervening from ideation to production, in direct contact with business teams.
Missions
Lead Data & AI projects end-to-end: natural language querying, LLM/RAG/agent solutions, anomaly detection, time series
Provide data hotline support: respond to needs as they arise, qualify/prioritize, track in Jira/Confluence
Industrialize successful analyses: components, libraries, reusable pipelines, define standards
Contribute to the scoping and administration of cloud environments (GCP) and architecture files (AI, Power BI, Dataiku)
Participate in Agile ceremonies and lead the community of practice
Profile
Engineering degree (Bac+5/Master 2), successful first experience with a Python back-end stack
Python: advanced proficiency, data ecosystem (Pandas, Numpy), API design (FastAPI/Django/Flask), packaging, best practices
SQL & Data Engineering: querying, modeling, data reliability for structured/unstructured data
Data & AI: ML and/or NLP basics (LLM, RAG), ability to prototype and then industrialize
CI/CD: XLD/XLR knowledge strongly recommended
Cloud: GCP environment and industrialization practices (security, operations, costs)
