For the development and maintenance of modern Python/Django-based web applications in an agile IT project, we are looking for an experienced Python/Django Developer. The focus is on software development, technical consulting, integration of interfaces, and collaboration in a Scrum-based project environment.

• Development and maintenance of software applications based on functional and technical requirements
• Consulting on the technical implementation of functional requirements
• Remote participation in project meetings and relevant Scrum events
• Participation in PI Planning in Frankfurt am Main as needed, two days each approximately every three months
• Professional coordination with project manager, business department staff, and other developers for the timely implementation of requirements
• Development of clean, efficient, and documented code in compliance with appropriate software development practices and specified standards
• Creation of delivery packages for the relevant applications
• More than 3 years of experience in development with Python and the Django framework
• More than 3 years of experience in frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Django Templates
• More than 3 years of experience with REST interfaces and connecting external systems
• More than 3 years of experience with CI/CD
• Up to 3 years of experience in analyzing, interpreting, and resolving security findings
• Experience with PDF and report generation, for example with WeasyPrint or wkhtmltopdf, demonstrable through at least 1 project
• Experience in data processing with pandas, demonstrable through at least 1 project
• Experience in implementing railway-specific solutions, demonstrable through at least 1 project
• Experience in processing geospatial data and coordinates, demonstrable through at least 1 project
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases, demonstrable through at least 1 project
