Seeking a Python & GenAI Developer with AWS Bedrock experience for a 100% remote project focused on developing and operating AI-powered IT solutions. The role involves implementing, integrating, and testing AI/IT functionalities within various IT processes.
Project overview
For one of our major clients, we are looking for several "Python & GenAI Developer – AWS Bedrock / Remote".
The IT service provider's project develops and operates AI-supported IT solutions for several specialist applications on behalf of the client. The goal is to use AI/ML methods for automation and quality improvement in the IT processes of the IT service provider.
For the operational implementation in the individual applications of the project, developers are sought who will take over and provide technical support for the implementation, integration, and testing of the AI/IT functionalities.
The program is divided into individual applications (including EDIS, BBP-Neo, PDPM, DaViT), each with its own application responsibility. Overall control lies with the program management / deputy project management.

- Analysis of functional requirements for each application and transfer into technical solution concepts
- Implementation, integration, and further development of AI/IT functionalities in the respective applications
- Creation and execution of tests (unit/integration tests) as well as participation in quality assurance and code reviews
- Documentation of the solution (technical documentation, operating manual/techdoc)
- Participation in operational handover and troubleshooting during implementation
Requirements
- Practical experience with Amazon Bedrock (GenAI/LLM on AWS) ( 3 years experience)
- German language skills at A2 level
- Should-have criteria:
- Experience in Prompt Engineering (<=3 years experience)
- Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Bedrock Agents) (<=3 years experience)
- Knowledge of data protection/information security for AI applications (high security requirements) (<=3 years experience)
