Project overview
We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our Engineering Team. The role involves software testing, test automation, API testing, and contributing to the development of reusable automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Skills
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and automation scripts.
- Execute functional, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers.
- Manage test cases, evidence, traceability, and defects using Jira/Xray.
- Maintain testing documentation in Confluence.
- Prepare clear test reports and communicate risks and findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular testing updates.
- Contribute to building and enhancing the test automation framework.
- 6+ years of software testing/quality engineering experience.
- Strong automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- API automation experience using REST Assured or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Postman or Bruno.
- Good understanding of Agile, testing methodologies, and defect management.
- Experience with Jira/Xray.
