Quality Officer Participation Act (contract)

Project overview

The assignment focuses on ensuring and improving quality within the implementation of the Participation Act.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising and coaching colleagues on legal and substantive case law
• Contributing to the development and implementation of quality improvements within the social domain, with an emphasis on Participation
• Testing work processes against internal agreements, policy rules, ordinances, and legal frameworks via the quality control system KIC
• Representing the municipality in objection and appeal procedures
• Following developments within the legal field and supporting the policy team in the area of laws and regulations
• Identifying bottlenecks in legislation, policy, or work processes for residents and advising on these towards implementation, management, and policy
• Identifying legal risks within various processes in the organization
• Translating policy measures, laws and regulations, and jurisprudence into clear work processes and work instructions
• Completed HBO or WO education with specific knowledge of the Participation Act
• Experience within a government agency is a plus, alongside experience with process-oriented work, legality, and quality assurance
• Familiarity with administrative law and administrative procedural law
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, perseverance, and results orientation
• Ability to make complex legal issues understandable and to find a balance between legality, customization, and the interests of residents
