Quality Officer / Participation Act Quality Advisor (Contract)

Project overview

The assignment focuses on quality improvement and implementation within the execution of the Participation Act.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Performing a quality analysis on work processes, reports, and decisions
• Identifying inaccuracies and risks in the execution
• Translating analysis results into concrete improvement measures and an updated assessment framework
• Advising on complex legal and substantive case law within the social domain
• Developing and delivering knowledge sessions to consultants
• Coaching and guiding consultants in improving quality and legality
• Delivering a final report with findings, improvements, and follow-up advice
• Contributing to the implementation of data-driven work, including the setup of the source system
• HBO bachelor work and thinking level
• In the past 5 years, at least 3 years of work experience gained as an independent quality officer or quality advisor
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with quality improvement and implementation within the Participation Act at a municipality
• Broad experience in assessing reports, decisions, and work processes
• Familiarity with complex legal and substantive issues within the social domain
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for quality and legality
• Good communication and coaching skills
• An independent, results-oriented, and connecting way of working
• Aware of current laws and regulations and Participation Act in Balance
