Project overview

The project involves quality assurance and testing for a central corporate application in the area of User and Identity Management (IAM) for a leading company in the transport and logistics sector. The application is used for requesting and managing over 1 million accesses (accounts) with 22,000 roles across over 1,400 target applications. The system is based on One Identity Manager, which has been customized to the corporation's specific requirements and is continuously being developed and performance-optimized.

Requirements – must have: (mandatory, also listed and explained in years and individual project references!)

• Design of test cases
• Development, coordination, and documentation of test cases
• Estimation of test effort and coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Generation of test data
• Execution of test cases using specific test tools
• Execution of functional and non-functional tests
• Processing of test cases and recording/documentation of defects
• Handling of test catalogs provided by the business department
• Fluent German skills (min. B2)
• Extensive, current knowledge in test design (provable by 3 project references in test design in medium and large projects with min. 2200 PT/year in the last 5 years or ISTQB certification Full Advanced Level) // min. 3 years
• One Identity Manager know-how: proven experience with One Identity Manager (min. 3 years) // min. 3 years

Requirements

• Identity and Access Management expertise: proven experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications // min. 3 years
• English spoken and written – Level B2 equivalent certificates Proof of qualification (language level B2 or higher)
• Problem-solving/work organization know-how: very good ability for problem-solving and work organization in test management, process-oriented and analytical thinking
• Know-how in leadership / team behavior: Reliability, accuracy, communication and teamwork skills
• Know-how in customer/service orientation: Creativity and know-how for proposing solutions
