The client needs short-term support with Qualtrics, specifically with data analysis, result presentation, dashboard design, and optimization. The role involves troubleshooting existing reports and configuring visibility settings.
Project overview
Initial Situation:
The client urgently needs support working with Qualtrics. Currently, there are problems with evaluations and the presentation of results. Visibility settings are not configured correctly, and there are still open questions regarding the design and optimization of dashboards.
Responsibilities
Framework Data:
Start Date: Immediately
- Analysis and resolution of problems in existing Qualtrics evaluations.
- Review and adjustment of visibility settings and permissions.
- Conception and optimization of dashboards.
- Support with the integration and use of pending Qualtrics data.
- Creation or further development of dashboards for GL/UL.
- Support with AI-supported analysis of free-text responses.
- Consulting the business department on short-term questions regarding Qualtrics and reporting.
Requirements
- Sound practical experience with Qualtrics
- Experience with the design and customization of Qualtrics dashboards
- Knowledge of configuring visibility settings and access permissions in Qualtrics
- Experience in error analysis for Qualtrics evaluations and missing data
- Quick onboarding and independent, solution-oriented working style
- Clear communication for coordination with the client and Qualtrics
- Hands-on mentality
- Experience with AI-supported analysis of free-text responses in Qualtrics
