A retail company is seeking an experienced Quinyx consultant to provide technical and conceptual support for their newly acquired Workforce Management System. The role involves system configuration, report creation, and optimization, with a focus on administrative system operation.
Project overview
A well-known company in the retail sector has taken over a new Workforce Management System (Quinyx) as part of a corporate acquisition. External expertise is needed to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for all affected employees. Since there is currently no internal system know-how for Quinyx on the customer side, this gap is to be closed by an experienced consultant.
As an external resource, you will take over the technical and conceptual support of the system. Your core tasks include:
