Framework Conditions

• Payroll Management: Monitoring the monthly payroll cycle in the supported countries – from scheduling and data entry through validation and reconciliation to preparation for final release.
• Team Coordination: Support with task distribution, absence planning, and coordination of payroll activities within a geographically distributed team.
• Service Provider Management: Coordination of external payroll providers and monitoring of service levels, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Execution and monitoring of controls, plausibility checks, and reconciliations to ensure correct payroll results.
• Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and local HR teams to ensure high data quality and to process queries and ad-hoc requirements.
• International Collaboration: Coordination of cross-country payroll activities and collaboration with internal and external contacts.
• Process Optimization: Identification of potential improvements and support in the continuous development of payroll processes.
• Demonstrable experience in operational payroll and coordination of payroll processes.
• Practical experience in payroll for at least one of the following countries: France, Italy, Spain, Great Britain, or Portugal.
• Practical knowledge of ADP GlobalView.
• Sound knowledge of payroll processes, especially validation, reconciliation, control mechanisms, and quality assurance.
• Experience collaborating with external payroll service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams in an international environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in managing and coordinating payroll in multiple European countries.
• Knowledge of Workday.
• Additional language skills, especially French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
