Assignment description

The recruiter is responsible for independently executing the full recruitment and selection process for various positions within RvIHH, with an emphasis on specialist and scarce profiles. The recruiter fulfills an advisory role towards management and hiring managers and actively contributes to the further professionalization of recruitment within RvIHH. The focus is on control, quality, and decision-making, not just on production.

Knowledge, experience, competencies, and skills

• Conduct intake interviews with hiring managers and translate the need into concrete vacancy profiles.
• Prepare and publish vacancy texts in accordance with government-wide and RvIHH guidelines.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including planning, progress, and quality.
• Actively search for and approach candidates through relevant channels.
• Guide candidates and managers throughout the entire selection process.
• Advise managers on the labor market, recruitment strategy, and feasibility.
• Ensure correct recording and file creation in the ATS.
• Hiring managers and MT members
• HR advisors
• External suppliers and candidates
• HBO or WO work and thinking level;
• Demonstrable experience as a recruiter, preferably within (semi-)public organizations;
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management;
• Knowledge of ATS systems; experience with Emply is a plus;
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented;
• Able to manage multiple procedures in parallel without loss of quality.

Requirements

Candidate has a minimum HBO work and thinking level

Candidate has at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a recruiter/recruitment advisor

Candidate has experience with independently executing the full recruitment and selection process

Wishes

Degree to which the candidate has experience with strategic and advisory recruitment

Degree to which the candidate has experience within the (national) government or comparable complex organization. Clarification; organizational complexity refers to the degree of complexity, versatility, and interconnectedness within organizational structures and processes

Degree to which the candidate can operate convincingly and independently towards MT and senior stakeholders

Degree of affinity with information management, governance, or public service delivery
