Pay: $35-$40/hour, with an $84,000 annual salary upon conversion
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a growing manufacturing company and support high-volume hiring across multiple locations. This role will focus primarily on hourly manufacturing positions, managing 20+ open requisitions and partnering closely with HR to meet hiring needs related to company growth, new shifts, retirements, and backfills.
The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Manage approximately 20+ open requisitions across multiple locations.
- Lead recruiting efforts for primarily hourly manufacturing positions.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
- Post job openings through ADP, Indeed, other job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Partner with HR to prioritize hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Support hiring initiatives related to business growth, new shifts, retirements, and backfills.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through candidate selection.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Independently manage competing priorities while meeting recruiting goals and deadlines.
- Previous recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with high-volume and hourly recruiting.
- Hands-on experience with ADP.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
