Regular Power Platform Developer – immediate start (f/m/x)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a technology team responsible for building and evolving digital solutions that support internal business operations. The position focuses on creating applications and automations within the Microsoft ecosystem, as well as improving existing solutions to better meet users’ needs. You will be involved throughout the application lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and development to deployment, ongoing support, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve business applications using Power Apps
• Build and maintain automated workflows and processes with Power Automate
• Create and optimize data structures based on SharePoint Lists
• Turn business requirements into effective and sustainable technical solutions
• Diagnose application issues, implement fixes, and support successful releases and solution adoption
• Contribute to Power Platform governance, documentation, security standards, and knowledge-sharing activities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Power Platform Developer, including hands-on work with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Practical knowledge of SharePoint Lists and experience working with their underlying data structures
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform governance principles, and application lifecycle best practices
• Ability to design solutions with security, scalability, and long-term maintainability in mind
• Fluency in Polish and English, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week from the office in Warsaw
