Within the framework of a BCBS 239 program, our client, a leading banking player, is looking for a Regulatory Business Analyst / Product Owner. You will act as the link between business teams (Finance, Risks), functional teams, and IT.

- Gather and analyze business team needs for regulatory reporting (FINREP, COREP).
- Write general and detailed functional specifications.
- Translate BCBS 239 requirements (data quality, traceability, and aggregation for risk) into concrete needs.
- Lead workshops between business, IT development, and data teams.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee functional acceptance testing: test strategy, test cases, anomaly tracking.
- Support production deployment and change management.
- Ensure progress reporting to stakeholders.
