Regulatory Compliance Lead- 100% remote - £500 per day outside IR35 - 6 months
Regulatory Compliance Lead, Data Privacy Manager, Data Governance Lead must have pharma experience specifically R&D.
Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a Regulatory Compliance Lead someone who has worked in pharmaceutical environments before specifically within R&D. this will be100% remote - £500 outside IR35 and initially 6 months
Key factor is someone who has personally interpreted and implemented external regulations within a pharmaceutical R&D environment.

Regulatory Compliance Lead - 100% remote - £500 per day outside IR35 - 6 months
- Experience applying external regulations in a Pharma R&D setting
- Compliance, or the primary skill being R&D so long as there is a little of the alternate skill set included
- GDPR, HIPAA, EHDS, "EU CTR", "21 CFR Part 11", GCP, GxP and FDA.
- Synonyms for US Data Security Rule = US DoJ, US Final Rule
- Use R&D, clinical, legal or data protection experience to rapidly understand the regulation approach to compliance.
- Provide 'hands-on' day-to-day support for scientists and clinical teams in R&D
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, following up on required actions to solve challenges
- Adapt quickly and work flexibly across multiple activities simultaneously
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying and solving problems; understand which problems can be solved directly and which need senior legal input.
