Seeking a Release Manager and Product Owner for a Data program in Paris, working in a hybrid model. The role involves managing releases across multiple Data/BI teams and acting as Product Owner for a transverse Data team.

Within a Data program organized in scaled Agile, you will take on a dual role (approximately 50/50):

- Release Management (multi-Data/BI teams)
- Define and manage the release process, build and maintain the schedule
- Coordinate technical and business teams, manage dependencies
- Lead Go / No-Go meetings, monitor preparation and deployments
- Anticipate risks, track post-release incidents, conduct lessons learned
- Disseminate best practices (versioning, CI/CD, quality, traceability)
- Product Owner of a transverse Data team
- Manage and prioritize the backlog
- Gather requirements, write User Stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead Agile ceremonies and contribute to the product roadmap
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a Data / BI environment
- Solid experience in Release Management in a multi-team context
- Product Owner or backlog management experience is a real plus
- Good command of Agile/Scrum practices, CI/CD, and environment management (DEV → PROD)
- Tools: Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow (or equivalent), BigQuery / GCP. Power BI is a plus.
