Seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Consultant for a 100% remote role supporting the go-live of German employees and subsequent RUN support. The role involves analyzing requirements, customizing, and supporting SAP HCM Time Management processes, with a focus on German-specific regulations.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Consultant who will support the go-live of German employees on 01.01.2027 and subsequently be responsible for functional RUN support for Germany.

- Recording and analyzing HR and time management requirements and implementing them in SAP HCM
- Customizing, maintaining, and supporting processes in SAP HCM Time Management (PT) and associated integrations, especially with Payroll
- Managing Germany-specific time management processes and legal requirements for the rollout and subsequent RUN
- Processing incidents, service requests, and problems, including root cause analysis, and managing bugs and further developments
- Support with testing, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization after go-live
- Maintaining functional concepts and process documentation, training key users, and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Participating in the continuous improvement and process optimization of the solution
- Expert knowledge in SAP HCM Time Management (PT)
- Proven experience with German time management processes and sound knowledge of German working time law (working hours, absences, quotas)
- Sound knowledge of PA/OM, HR tables, and HR objects, as well as payroll integration
- Experience in RUN, AMS, or TMA environments with incident, problem management, and root cause analysis
- Experience with international rollouts, hypercare, and the transition to RUN
- Fluent German and English, French is an advantage
