Seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management consultant for a 6-month project (with extension option) starting January 2027. The role focuses on supporting and developing SAP HCM time management processes for German employees during an international rollout and subsequent RUN/AMS phase.
Project overview
The focus is on the support and further development of SAP HCM time management processes for the German employee base within the scope of an international rollout and the subsequent RUN/AMS phase. An experienced consultant with in-depth expertise in German time management and integration with adjacent HCM processes is sought.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and implementation of business requirements in the area of SAP HCM Time Management
- Customizing, support, and further development of time management processes
- Processing of incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
- Performing error analyses and root cause analyses
- Support during testing, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Ensuring integration with Payroll and other SAP HCM components
- Creation and maintenance of functional concepts and process documentation
- Support and training of key users
- Knowledge transfer to internal support teams
- Optimization of existing processes and continuous improvement of the system landscape
- Support of German legal and company-specific requirements in the area of working time management

- Several years of project experience as an SAP HCM Time Management Consultant
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management (PT)
- Experience with German time management processes and labor law requirements
- In-depth knowledge of working hours, absences, quotas, and time evaluation
- Experience with integration to SAP Payroll
- Good knowledge of PA, OM, HR tables, and HR objects
- Experience in RUN, AMS, or Application Support environments
- Knowledge of incident and problem management
- Experience in international rollouts and hypercare phases
- Fluent German and English skills
