Remote QA Engineer (Mid / Senior)

Project overview

We are a fully remote technology company developing MYPACKBRAIN, a print and packaging automation platform used by global brands, including Fortune 500 companies. The platform brings together project management, digital proofing, copy management, translations and digital asset management.

We’re looking for a Mid / Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our international team. You’ll test features across interconnected applications, design your own test scenarios and take an active role in the release process. You’ll work closely with developers and product stakeholders, while sharing your experience with a junior tester.

Working experience

Knowledge

Experience with test automation, CI/CD, AI tools or the printing and packaging industry would be an advantage.

• Analyse requirements and design test scenarios covering features, edge cases and dependencies between modules
• Report defects, work with developers on resolving them and verify fixes
• Test web applications, REST APIs and end-to-end workflows
• Keep test cases and test plans structured and up to date in Azure DevOps
• Prepare and carry out releases, including scope verification, regression testing and release status communication
• Collaborate with team members over Microsoft Teams
• Take part in Scrum ceremonies, clarify requirements and suggest improvements to the testing process
• Use AI tools to support test design, log analysis and documentation
• Manual Testing of Web Apps: 3+ years
• Experience with testing REST APIs and end-to-end workflows across interconnected modules
• Practical experience designing and maintaining test cases, running regression tests and supporting releases
• Test design techniques and the ability to identify edge cases, dependencies and risks
• API testing with Postman or similar tools, basic SQL and application log analysis
• Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing defects and test cases
