Job description
Seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Master with CSM and SSM certifications for a long-term project starting January 2027. The role involves migrating existing applications and contract data to a new domain built on standard software products.

Scope: Full-time preferred
Note: Permanently employed consultants preferred; Freelancers also possible
For the client, a new application domain based on standard products from software vendors in the DACH region will be built over a period of several years.
The existing applications (primarily in-house developments) and contract portfolios of the client (distributed across 6 core systems) are to be completely migrated to the new domain. Further supplementary applications, e.g., for ensuring regulatory compliance, are also to be replaced by standard software.
Skills:
- Agile (methods) know-how and certification and experience in the role of Scrum Master
- Certification as Scrum Master
- Min. 2 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master in comparable successful projects with agile working methods and agile teams
- Mandatory: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Mandatory: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
