Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the Stevenage area who are looking for a highly skilled Repairs Supervisor to join their team.
Purpose of the Job - Repairs Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate repairs and maintenance works carried out by operatives and contractors.
- Monitor daily workloads and allocate resources effectively to ensure productivity targets and service standards are achieved.
- Oversee appointments and job scheduling to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
- Monitor the progress and quality of repairs, ensuring compliance with company procedures and KPI requirements.
- Update and review systems accurately to track job status, performance, and completion.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and performance management to operatives while promoting excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
- Liaise with residents, clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure repairs are completed to the required standard and any follow-on works are identified promptly
