• Analysis of business processes with regard to their implementation of approx. 120 online products
• Quality management, conception and further development of the requirements analysis of online products
• Further development of the interface between business concept and test as well as the interface between business concept and design
• Professional and technical evaluation of requirements from specialist departments as well as planning, creation and execution of professional acceptance tests
• Description of technical possibilities and planning of implementation tasks
• Examination and analysis of feasibility regarding accessibility and the creation of user stories
• Design of the professional macro architecture of the portal integration as well as the derivation of future guardrails for uniform portal presences
• 3rd-level support of existing online applications including analysis and proposed solution for troubleshooting
