• Practical experience in claims processes, ideally from claim notification through review and processing to settlement/closure
• Ability to translate business requirements into understandable and testable user stories, including acceptance criteria
• Experience with agile methodologies and working with backlogs, epics, features, and user stories

• Independent gathering, analysis, structuring, documentation, and coordination of business requirements
• Analysis of existing workflows and conception of future claims processes, including automation and optimization potentials
• Develop concrete, implementable solution options from business problem statements and be able to evaluate them comprehensibly
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of workshops and coordination meetings with subject matter experts
• Confident work at the interface between the claims department, Product Owner, IT/Development, and Testing
