- Analysis, evaluation, and structured preparation of incoming IT requirements and associated documentation -
- Creation and maintenance of requirement overviews and management documents
- Accompanying the requirements process from capture to implementation
- Planning and moderation of coordination meetings with business departments, technical stakeholders, and external partners
- Analysis of existing requirements and development of suitable implementation proposals
- Coordination and follow-up of requirements, decisions, and measures
- Documentation and continuous further development of results and processes
- Consideration of information security, data protection, and relevant IT standards
Requirements
Certificates:
ITIL Foundation v4 certification.
Project management certification at least IPMA Level D or comparable (e.g., CAPM/PMI or PRINCE2 Practitioner).
Languages:
Very good German skills (C1) in speaking and writing, as well as English skills (B1) for understanding technical terms and documentation.

- Experience in the creation and review of requirements and management documentation
