• In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Requirements Engineering and gathering business requirements
• User Enablement, including direct contact with end-users
• Accompanying rollouts on-site at logistics locations
• Supporting the helpdesk during implementation phases
• Coordination and alignment with business departments and technical teams
• Basic technical understanding for analyzing and clarifying issues
• Experience in Requirements Engineering
• Competence in Stakeholder Management
• Experience in supporting rollouts
• Technical understanding of systems
• Experience in User Enablement
• Fluent German language skills (min. B2)
• Previous work in logistics environments is an advantage
