Requirements Engineer / Polarion Specialist (m/f/d) - Remote - Freelance

Project overview

For our client in the life science sector, we are looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer or Polarion Specialist to support a development project for an automated sampling system, including software.

As part of a scope expansion, existing requirements from Excel documentation are to be transferred, structured, and quality-assured within the existing Polarion environment.

Responsibilities

• Transferring existing requirement data from Excel to Polarion
• Structuring and assigning requirements according to the specified data model
• Classifying requirements within the existing project structure
• Checking the completeness and consistency of the transferred data sets
• Documenting data quality and structural deviations
• Ensuring a consolidated and traceable requirements baseline in Polarion

Requirements

• Experience in Requirements Management / Requirements Engineering
• Practical experience with Polarion ALM
• Confident handling of structured requirement data
• Experience with migrations or transfers of requirements between systems
• Very careful and structured way of working

Nice to have

Important Note

This is explicitly not a consulting or conceptual role. The existing structure and data model are predefined. We are looking for operational support for the structured transfer, maintenance, and quality assurance of requirements within Polarion.
