Seeking a Requirements Management Specialist with Polarion experience for a 100% remote project starting November 2026. The role involves migrating existing requirements data into Polarion.
Responsibilities
- Migration of existing requirements data from Excel documentation into the requirements management platform Polarion
- Structuring and assignment of requirements according to the specified data model and defined project structure
- Verification of transferred data sets for completeness and consistency
- Documentation of identified data quality and structural deviations
- Maintenance and provision of a consolidated and traceable requirements inventory in Polarion
Requirements
- Proficient use of the requirements management platform Polarion
- Knowledge of methods and structures of requirements management
- Understanding of technical requirements and documentation structures in development projects
- Experience with hierarchical data models, linking, and traceability concepts
- Knowledge in quality assurance and consistency checking of requirements data
- Proficient use of Excel-based data and documentation structures
