Requirements Manager / Business Analyst – Digitalization of Network Development

Project overview

For the project 'Digitalization of Network Development', we are looking for support in requirements management. The goal is to gather, structure, and prepare the business requirements from the various areas of network development so that they form a solid basis for subsequent prioritization and digital implementation.

The focus is clearly on the business side. Therefore, we are not looking for a purely technical profile, but for someone who works out the actual needs with different business areas and creates a structured overall picture from them.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and concretizing business needs and requirements in interviews and workshops with the business departments
• Critically questioning requirements to work out the actual business need or the problem to be solved
• Structured and comprehensible documentation of requirements
• Organizing requirements along processes, subject areas, and user groups
• Consolidating similar or overlapping requirements, as well as transparency regarding dependencies, contradictions, and open points
• Qualifying requirements together with the subject matter experts as a basis for prioritization and implementation

Requirements

Desirable:

• Several years of experience in requirements management or business analysis
• Very good process understanding, ideally experience in complex process landscapes
• Strong ability to confidently moderate interviews and workshops and bring different business areas together
• Structured, analytical way of working and enjoyment in transforming complexity into a clear overall picture
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in requirements management for process automation solutions (e.g., web portals or Microsoft PowerApps)
• Industry experience in infrastructure, energy, or construction processes
• Certification in Requirements Engineering (e.g., IREB CPRE) or Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA)
