Seeking an experienced professional to manage the retrofit and modernization of food production and packaging facilities, involving technical assessment, supplier management, and project execution.
Project overview
Inventory and technical data collection on production and packaging facilities.
Analysis, prioritization, and planning of retrofit and modernization measures.
Obtaining, evaluating, and comparing technical supplier offers.
Consultation on offers and support of the tendering process.
Control of external suppliers, service providers, and, if necessary, construction management with monitoring of implementation regarding deadlines, costs, quality.
Requirements
Experience with bakery machines, production or packaging facilities. Experience in retrofit, conversion, or modernization projects. Knowledge in technical evaluation of plant conditions and investment measures. Experience in dealing with suppliers, OEMs, and service partners.
