Responsibilities
*Support and optimization of real estate management processes in Yardi
*Support of the commercial administration of commercial properties
*Preparation, review, and plausibility check of operating cost statements
*Analysis and optimization of allocation keys and cost structures
*Master data maintenance and quality assurance within the Yardi system
*Support with reporting and controlling requirements
*Interface function between Property Management, Accounting, and Asset Management
*Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in the real estate sector
*Conducting user training and process documentation
Requirements
*Several years of experience in the field of commercial real estate
*Very good knowledge of the real estate management system Yardi
*Sound experience in the preparation and review of operating cost statements
*Knowledge of lease and ancillary cost management
