- Qualification as RCM consultant with several years of relevant experience (>3 major projects),
- Civil engineer or comparable professional qualification
- Experience in the processes and risk profile of complex infrastructure construction projects (road construction, railway construction, bridge or tunnel projects).
- Experienced in Monte Carlo simulations for cost and schedule risks and application of relevant tools
