• Testing various programming methods for ABB robots in conjunction with Siemens NX and ABB RobotStudio
• Investigation and development of various programming and exchange formats:
• NX post-processor for ABB
• APT
• Direct programming via the Machining Tool
• Performing reverse tests for program changes
• Planning, conducting, and evaluating practical experiments for:
• Deburring using a defined test contour
• Shot blasting on straight and curved paths
• Measuring components
• Documenting the experiments and results
• Deriving a standardized procedure for robot programming

Know-how:

• Good knowledge of ABB RobotStudio
• Experience with Siemens NX and NX post-processors
• Knowledge of ABB robot programming
• Understanding of NC programming methods and exchange formats, especially APT
• Basic knowledge of commissioning robots and machining systems
• Experience in conducting technical tests and experiments
• Ability for structured technical documentation
• Start: 2026-12
