• Consulting on the planning, control, and coordination of the SAP DM rollout across the relevant project phases from preparation to the hypercare phase.
• Creation and updating of a rollout roadmap, including schedule, resource, and milestone planning.
• Consulting and functional support in coordinating rollout goals, project scope, and acceptance criteria between departments, workshops, IT, and management.
• Consulting on the setup and design of the local project organization and functional support in coordinating key users, departmental representatives, and IT contacts.
• Analysis of existing manufacturing and maintenance processes, as well as fit-to-standard evaluations based on the SAP DM template.
• Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing functional and technical requirements, as well as consulting on handling local customization needs.
• Identification, evaluation, and documentation of project risks, dependencies, and critical success factors, as well as functional support in tracking them.
• Preparation, execution, and moderation of governance, status, and steering meetings, as well as creation and preparation of management reporting.
• Consulting on the planning and implementation of change management measures for functional support of user acceptance.
• Conception and coordination of communication, training, and enablement measures for key users and end-users.
• Consulting on functional and technical readiness in the areas of processes, master data, infrastructure, and shop floor hardware.
• Consulting and functional support regarding the quality assurance of master data and clarification of responsibilities for maintenance and operation of relevant data objects. Planning, coordination, and documentation of integration, system, performance, and user acceptance tests, as well as functional support in their execution and evaluation.
• Creation and coordination of cutover, go-live, hypercare, and rollback concepts.
• Consulting and functional support in go-live preparation and the commissioning of SAP DM in the workshops.
• Consulting on the design of the handover to operations, support, and line organization, as well as functional support in preparing the necessary measures for this.
• Execution and moderation of coordination meetings to resolve functional, technical, and organizational conflicts between departments, IT, the operations organization, and external service providers.
• Conception, preparation, and execution of project-related communication measures for workshop employees, managers, and other project participants to functionally support acceptance and willingness to change.
• Creation and preparation of transparency on project progress, as well as consulting on suitable measures for schedule, quality, or resource deviations.
• Consulting on rollout-relevant issues at the interfaces between production, maintenance, IT, and the SAP DM central team.

Your Qualifications

• Demonstrable responsibility for the planning and implementation of a site-specific rollout of a software solution from rollout preparation to stabilization after go-live. ( 5 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in identifying, evaluating, and tracking project-relevant risks within a software rollout or implementation project. (> 3 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in moderating cross-departmental coordination between production, maintenance, IT, and management within the scope of a software rollout. (> 3 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in rolling out software in a production-related environment. (> 3 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in designing change measures for the introduction of new digital ways of working in production or maintenance. (> 3 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing manufacturing or maintenance processes (> 3 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience with SAP ERP processes (esp. SAP DM & ERP) in a production-related environment. (> 3 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in evaluating production-relevant master data for use in digital manufacturing processes. (> 3 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in the structured involvement of relevant stakeholders within the scope of a software rollout. (> 3 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in preparing and supporting a go-live, including functional testing activities within a software rollout. (> 3 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in gathering functional requirements for the implementation of SAP-based target processes (> 3 years of experience)
