Program Assistant / PMO Assistant (m/f/d) | International Transformation | Holzminden / Remote

Hi,

for my client, I am looking for an experienced Program Assistant / PMO Assistant (m/f/d) to support an international transformation program in the S/4HANA environment.

The role supports the program leadership team in daily operations and ensures professional organization and coordination of the program.

Framework Conditions

• Start: from 01.11., mid-November at the latest
• Duration: 6 months++
• Remote with regular on-site component in Holzminden
• Full-time
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed
• Project language: German

Responsibilities

• Support of the program leadership team
• Organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, and steering committees
• Calendar and appointment management
• Maintenance of project plans and schedule overviews
• Support with budget tracking and reporting
• Onboarding of new project staff
• Maintenance of project documents, distribution lists, and team information
• Travel planning and organizational support for the team
• Support with the setup and operation of the project office

• Several years of experience as a PMO Assistant, Program Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Coordinator
• Experience in complex project or transformation environments
• Structured and highly organized way of working
• High service orientation and initiative
• Confident use of MS Office and project management tools
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
