• Coordinate procurement: You ensure the timely procurement of production and operating resources, consumables, and services.
• Process inquiries and orders: You obtain quotes, place orders, and consider defined quality, time, and cost objectives.
• Negotiate conditions: You conduct price negotiations and agree on delivery and payment terms with suppliers.
• Invoice processing: You record, check, and post invoices and prepare them for the release process.
• Maintain master data: You carefully maintain purchasing and supplier master data and ensure their accuracy and quality.

• IT skills: You are proficient in using the MS Office package.
• ERP knowledge: Initial experience with the INFOR ERP system is an advantage.
