Job description
We are looking for a Safety Engineer to review and update existing risk assessments and CE documentation, perform risk analyses for machinery and equipment, and work with Safexpert and SISTEMA for safety function evaluation.
Project overview
+ Review and update existing risk assessments and CE documentation.
+ Perform risk analyses for machines and equipment.
+ Process existing Safexpert projects and create new ones as needed.
+ Evaluate and calculate safety functions with SISTEMA.
+ Consider requirements from the Machinery Directive (MRL) and Machinery Ordinance (MVO).
+ Document results and required measures.
Requirements
+ Sound practical experience with Safexpert.
+ Sound practical experience with SISTEMA.
+ Experience in risk assessment of machines and plants.
+ Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 12100.
+ Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 13849-1 and evaluation of Performance Levels.
+ Experience with CE conformity and machine safety.
+ Knowledge of the MRL and MVO.
