Project overview

The assignment concerns the translation of a safety report into concrete improvement actions within the Maintenance and Service department of the municipality of Ede.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Converting the recommended improvement measures into a workable action plan, including updating the RI&E and determining priorities;
• Enriching existing job descriptions with task descriptions and associated risk assessments;
• Identifying and assessing hazards around machinery and work equipment and implementing corresponding technical and organizational measures;
• Testing work processes against the occupational hygiene strategy and preparing and updating work instructions such as working alone, LMRA, and TRA;
• Determining which knowledge, authorizations, and training are necessary and setting up a fixed approach for instruction and registration of employees;
• Setting up and rolling out an approach for safety culture and safe behavior, including information and reporting procedures;
• Advising management on risks, priorities, and the continuous assurance of safe working practices.
• Completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably in safety studies;
• Demonstrable experience in the field of occupational safety and application of the Working Conditions Act and regulations;
• Demonstrable experience with conducting risk analyses and preparing appropriate safety measures;
• Demonstrable experience with setting up and implementing safety procedures and improvement actions.
