• Processing orders in German and English
• Determining and checking orders regarding deadlines, payment terms, export regulations, delivery conditions, etc.
• Monitoring and coordinating deadlines and deviations from deadlines
• Receiving international customer inquiries, advising customers, and preparing offers, possibly in coordination with specialist departments
• Offering customers alternative solutions regarding technical and time-related aspects
• Determining sales prices based on provided documents
• Maintaining customer contacts by arrangement
• Creating invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Processing complaints and returns
• Completed 3-year commercial apprenticeship (e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with technical understanding)
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area, preferably in export business
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good SAP skills desirable
• Good MS Office skills
