Sales Controller

Your Qualification Profile
- Working hours: 32–40 hours
- Location: Heilbronn
- Support in the creation and further development of budget planning, forecasts, and performance analyses for the assigned business area
- Analysis of sales targets, budget allocation, and existing incentive and commission models
- Conception, creation, and optimization of management reports, dashboards, and business analyses
- Analysis of sales development, profitability, pricing, market trends, and business potential, as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action
- Conduct of cross-departmental analyses in cooperation with relevant contacts from Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Management
- Support in the further development and efficient use of Power BI, including the optimization of existing reports and knowledge transfer to users
- Analysis and optimization of existing planning, reporting, and data processes with the aim of sustainably improving efficiency and data quality
- Conduct of short-term business analyses and ad-hoc evaluations to support strategic and operational decisions
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of project experience in Controlling, Business Analytics, Sales Planning, or Finance, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI, especially in data analysis, dashboard development, and management reporting
- Sound SAP knowledge; experience with planning solutions like Anaplan is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into understandable analyses and concrete recommendations for action
- Experience in preparing and presenting business results for management and executives
- Strong understanding of business contexts
- Ability to independently coordinate multiple work packages and reliably deliver agreed-upon results within defined timeframes
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
