Job description
Seeking a freelance Sales Operations / Tender Management Consultant to stabilize tender management, support Customer Value Executives, and manage the RTM operating model. The role involves defining scope, creating Statements of Work, and ensuring scope discipline.
Responsibilities
+ Stabilizing tender management and supporting Customer Value Executives (CVEs)
+ Managing the RTM operating model from start to finish
+ Enforcing scope discipline: No commitments outside the approved product portfolio or available implementation capacities
+ Early escalation of conflicts regarding scope, requirements, or approvals to the CCO, including a proposed solution
+ Maintaining the RTM manual, SOP entries, SOW template, and deal gate documentation in QMS and audit-compliant form

Requirements
+ More than 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Bid/Tender Management, or Commercial Operations in the B2B software environment, ideally Healthcare IT
+ Practical experience with tenders and traceability of requirements in complex multi-stakeholder projects * €+ as well as public or platform tenders)
+ Proven experience in creating and negotiating Statements of Work and enforcing deal governance processes
+ Strong process and documentation skills, especially with SOPs and manuals in QMS quality
+ Proficient in Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and SharePoint; ability to quickly learn IC2 and AI-supported mapping tools
+ Fluent German and English skills (specifications and tenders are in German, management works in English)
