Job description
Part-time sales partner needed to schedule 20-minute appointments with tradespeople in the Hamburg area for website and digital tool development. This is a commission-based role with no direct sales involved.
Project overview
I am Daniel. I build websites and small digital tools for trades businesses around Hamburg: roofers, electricians, plumbing/heating/air conditioning, carpenters, metalworkers, painters, and so on.
Finding businesses is not my problem. I have a constantly maintained lead database for that. But I don't have the time to call them.
Your task: call and schedule a twenty-minute appointment with me. You don't sell anything and don't mention prices. Anyone who asks about costs gets: "Mr. Engemann will discuss that directly with you."
What you don't do
No searching for addresses, no cold calls. You know in advance what's wrong with the website and what conversation starter is suitable, with proof and verification date.
No emails, no LinkedIn, no WhatsApp. Only phone, only the business line, only during business hours. This is § 7 UWG (German Act Against Unfair Competition). That's why you won't see any email addresses from me.
No closing deals. That's my part.
What you work with
You get access to my system with prepared businesses and choose yourself which leads you work on.
For each lead, company, phone number, trade, and size are available. Plus a verified conversation starter: not "looks old," but "the number can't be tapped on mobile, checked on 21.10." The system always provides you with a validated conversation starter.
You maintain notes and follow-ups in the same system. New leads come in at night. You decide when you make calls, but within business hours.
What you earn
15% of the net order value, for typical order sizes between €500 and €3,000, that's a commission of €75 to €450.
Payment is made when the customer has paid. If a business books within six months of your appointment, the commission is yours. You can see the current status at any time in your overview.
So that we don't waste each other's time: You can't live on this. This is two or three evenings a week alongside something else. Anyone looking for a full-time job will be unhappy here. Me too.
What you bring
You enjoy making phone calls and can get a master craftsman to give you another minute in thirty seconds.
You have a trade license (Gewerbeschein). This is a part-time partner contract, not employment.
Before your first access, you sign a data protection agreement. Without it, my system won't show a single number. It contains data of real people.
Knowing the trades helps, but is not mandatory. A feel for how someone talks who just came off the roof is useful.
How it starts
Three sentences to me: who you are, when you can make calls, and what you last sold over the phone. No CV, no cover letter.
We'll talk for twenty minutes. If it fits, you'll get access, briefing, and the first businesses on the same day.
